Dear Run For Vivekananda Participants,

Heartiest CONGRATULATIONS to you for joining Run for Vivekananda 5th Edition (Virtual) on Swami Ji’s 158th Birth Anniversary from 10th to 12th Jan 2021 to celebrate his value & ideals.  

Find below EVENT DETAILS – Kindly make a note for the same  

Date: 10th Jan to 12th Jan 2021 
Time: 00:00 Hrs to 23.59 Hrs - Entire Day 24 hrs you can do the activity (Start & Finish the Run on any of these three days)  
Distance: 1 / 2 / 5 / 10 / 21 KMS of  Run (Standard distance but your certificate will mention the distance which you will actually cover & submit)

Download your E-BIB

  • Be ready with your BOOKING IDwhich you have received via email, when you registered for the event. Please check email from your registration portal for the same.
  • Enter your BOOKING ID / Name & click on submit. Your personalized E-BIB will be generated & you can download the same
  • Take a printout of the E-BIB & use it during your run on 10th to 12th Jan 2021

Virtual Venue (Important – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):  

For Run– Strictly as per the local authorities permission (of COVID-19 guidelines), your area zone & timing as approved & allowed. You can run in any straight stretch where running is permitted.  

Strictly take care of your safety & security. As this is a virtual run so safety & security is your personal responsibility.  

Wear Mask all the time when you are not running and also maintain social distancing.

Photo/Video: Do not forget to click your photo or taking video of your run  

 

Before Data Submission Get Ready with Following - (Very Important – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)  

  • All data to be submitted from 10th Jan Midnight to 13th Jan 2021 by 5 PM IST – No exceptions will be allowed on the same
  • For Data recording you need to download any app which records your Run & you need to click a screenshot of the same.
  • Apps you can use – STRAVA, ENDOMONDO, RUNTASTIC, GOOGLE FIT or any other fitness appwhich provide link or data in terms of KM Covered, Time & Display date of activity
  • Also click your photo / selfie / photo of the run
  • Be ready with your BOOKING IDwhich you have received via email, when you registered for the event. Please check email from your registration portal for the same.
  • You will also receive your BOOKING ID through SMS on 9th Jan or you can call our helpline 6351580588 in case you are unable to locate the same, our team will provide you the same

Steps of DATA Submission:

                o Booking ID Number 
                o Name 
                o Mobile Number 
                o KM Ran
                o Proof of Run (App Photo to be Upload) 
                o Selfie of Run (Photo Upload) 

  • Once you fill all the details, click submit & you will receive confirmation of the data submitted successfully 
  • A new page to adjust your photo will come up. Adjust your photo for certificate & click on Crop& Save.Your certificate will be ready for download.
